And the best bit? This amazing brunch is not just for Valentine’s Day, but for every Sunday!
Combining the best of breakfast and lunch, brunch is a fabulous way to both indulge and restore – and this one certainly hits the spot. As created by executive chef Adrian Mellor (The Waldorf Astoria, Maldives) it offers up a whole array of tempting treats.
Choose from delicacies such as home cured bresaola, celeriac remoulade & pickles; lobster omelette and truffled scrambled duck eggs, crème fraiche & sourdough toast. Classic brasserie favourites are not forgotten, with the likes of organic granola with berries & honey and eggs Royal, Florentine or Benedict all featured.
Pledging your undying troth can be thirsty work. Fortunately there is plenty of refreshment on offer, courtesy of the Buck’s Fizz and Bloody Mary stations.
8 Mount Street’s brunch will be served every Sunday from 11.30am to 3.30pm.
