If you’re a whisky aficionado you’ll probably already be aware that David Beckham has recently launched his own Whisky brand – HAIG CLUB. It has had mixed reviews so far, but we did enjoy this particular cocktail, the Single Grain Snowball Cocktail Recipe. It’s the ideal winter tipple and we enjoyed the mix of whisky and champagne (although let’s be honest, who doesn’t?).
Ingredients:
40ml HAIG CLUB
10ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
10ml Oloroso Sherry
Top with champagne
Method:
Shake over ice, strain into a flute and top up with champagne. Zest lemon oils and grate nutmeg over the top.
