Valentine’s Cocktail: Rhubarb Fizz Cocktail Recipe

Last year we brought to you a double His and Hers cocktail recipe for Valentine’s Day. This year we are bringing you one very special one. Made using ingredients from the Warner Edwards farm, real rhubarb, this delicious tangy gin will be sure to tickle the taste buds and put that special person in your life in the mood for love on 14th February.Rhubarb Fizz cocktail recipe

For that special treat on Valentine’s Day and to raise a toast to your love, this Rhubarb Fizz is the perfect way to begin a truly romantic evening:

Ingredients

· 50ml Warner Edwards Victoria’s Rhubarb Gin
· 10ml Lemon juice
· 1 Teaspoon grated ginger
· 10ml Sugar syrup
· Prosecco
Garnish: Sage leaves
Glassware: Martini

Method

Shake all ingredients (excluding the Prosecco) together and pour into champagne flute, then top up with prosecco. Easy!
