Bob Bob Ricard New Chef

Bob Bob Ricard, the iconic London restaurant, has announced the appointment of Anna Haugh as executive chef.

Anna started her career in Dublin at the celebrated L’Écrivain under Derry Clarke. Since her move to London more than ten years ago, she has worked alongside some of the city’s greatest chefs, including Shane Osborne at Pied à Terre and Philip Howard at The Square. Most recently she was head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s London House where she won three AA Rosettes.

At Bob Bob Ricard Anna’s immediate focus will be on developing a new menu to be unveiled this autumn. It will no doubt be interesting to see how the menu changes in the autumn and whether Anna will keep any of the classic dishes on Bob Bob’s menu.
