In time for the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations this year, Señor Ceviche will launch a brand new cocktail special, The Tipsy Queen. A take on the Pisco Sour, which the restaurant is renowned for, the Tipsy Queen is made up of; Pisco, Chambord, lime, cherry syrup and egg white. In keeping with the Jubilee celebrations, the purple cocktail is the official colour of the Jubilee, synonymous with royalty, and is finished with a theatrical spray of edible golden dust.

Señor Ceviche is a Nikkei Peruvian restaurant and Pisco bar based in the heart of Soho, London, merging traditional Peruvian ingredients with Japanese cuisine. Happy Hour comes every weekday from Monday-Friday (3-7pm) while bottomless brunch is a favourite on the weekend with free-flowing prosecco, peach Bellinis, Mimosas or red/white wine (priced at £39 per person). Guests can choose one dish from each section named Para Picar, Peruvian BBQ, Ceviche & Tiradito and Sides, followed by Postre (dessert).

The cocktail special will be available from Monday 30th May – Sunday 5th June inclusively and priced at £10.
