The Sofitel FIT gym is open 24 hours a day so whatever time zone you find yourself operating at you’ll always be able to work up a sweat or burn some energy in the modern multi-use gym kitted out in Technogym equipment and free weights. With its lush vertical gardens adding some green clean decor, complimentary towels, water and even headphones, working out has never been so tempting.

If working out doesn’t appeal then perhaps focussing your efforts on the Sofitel SPA with the hotel in house wellness experts. With three treatment rooms available, Sofitel’s award-winning luxury spa provides services ranging from aromatic scrubs, deluxe firming facials and gentlemen escape massages.

Restaurants and Bars

Now that you’ve elevated the heart rate and pampered those pores, it’s time to indulge in a little fine dining and liquid refreshment.

Located within the hotel building is Wild Honey St James. Featuring contemporary French cooking with the finest seasonal British produce, Wild Honey St James means you won’t have to go too far to enjoy some culinary indulgence with ambient lighting and soft decor.
